Hi There! I am Megan Shepherd, wife & mom of 3 active kiddos. Seriously active. We do it all: football, basketball, dance, cheer, soccer, swim team, & list goes on. We are always on the go. When we are not immersed in the world of sports you can find us in the world of Disney or relaxing on the beach. My guilty pleasure is The Real Housewives franchises and I would fangirl hard if I ever met the Queen herself, The Queen of Sparkles that is. 

I am also an avid lover of all things boutique. I had the privilege to work for a boutique in college where the owner/designer entrusted me to come up with promotions, assist in buying & styling, unpack-aging & tagging merchandise and understand the breakdown of how many dollars in sales was needed to make a profit. Crazy to think all these years later, it is this knowledge that gave me the confidence to start my own online store. 

You may be wondering why Carpool Runway? One day, while being a passenger princess I was scrolling through my instagram feed fawning over a cute top. My husband says "buy it" to which I say "where am I going to where it? Carpool?" And he says if that's where you go then yeah. It was so simple to him but it took me years to embrace this. It wasn't until I was at a ballpark with my oldest son's travel ball team when I saw a purse I had to have. I walked right up to that Mama (on an opposing team *gasp*) and got the deets on her purse. I sat back in my stadium seat and proceeded to buy 2 purses and my sweet husband only says "see, this is your runway" and viola... Carpool Runway.
